MidSouth Rugby Referee Society disciplinary procedures require that referees file a report for any match where a player has been sent-off (red card). Please submit your report via email to [email protected], following the outline below. Please submit any report within 48 hours of the incident. The report will be forwarded to the appropriate union. Thank you for upholding the spirit of the game.
You must include:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Teams and final score
- Proximity of you to the incident
- Offender’s name, team, number, and position
- Approximate game time
- Description of incident
