MidSouth Rugby Referee SocietyThe MSRRS provides excellent rugby officiating for junior, collegiate, and senior rugby clubs across Tennessee and parts of the surrounding eight states. The society's main goals are to recruit, train, develop, assist, and encourage the individual referee members to officiate at multiple levels of rugby. Rugby for all!
